Return&Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced (orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is processed).
If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Returns – Only for Defective Items
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send any product back to the manufacturer.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, all costs related to the return—including shipping—will be covered by us.
Items returned due to customer preference (no quality issues) will not be accepted.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
If your item is defective or damaged, please apply for a return instead.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—some delays may occur.
Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
